monita

Welcome to the world of Bodega del Sur. We are a small, family-owned winery located in one of California’s prime wine regions. The climate is similar to the best growing areas of Spain and South America. The crisp mornings and evenings, combined with the warm midday sun, allow our grapes to achieve the most nuance vintage flavors, matching those of the Old and New Worlds. Our dream is to produce unique and incomparable wines. We put this dream in each bottle.

White Wine

VERDELHO 2019

$28

A herbaceous white wine that grows almost exclusively in the Rueda region of Spain. Not to be confused with Verdelho, a Portuguese grape used in primarily in Madeira. Malbec smells like dried leaves, candied cherries, hibiscus, fresh raspberries, and old leather. Primary flavors include red plum, blackberry, vanilla, sweet tobacco and cocoa.
